OP joined forces with AGIGEST

OP, one of the leaders in the Belgian real estate market, goes international.

In June 2019, OP joined forces with AGIGEST, a real estate company specialised in both multi-proprietor building management and real estate management in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

OP joining forces with AGIGEST responds to the Belgian group's desire to offer a complete service to its partners and customers investing in the constantly growing new real estate market in Luxembourg.

Guillaume Pinte quotes, « It became obvious that we needed to be present in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to service our customers. The Luxembourg real estate market has been dynamic for ten years and continues to offer very good prospects."

In this respect, OP's alliance with AGIGEST represents a win-win operation.

AGIGEST is a renowned real estate company operating in both multi-proprietor building and private property management in Luxembourg. It is mainly active in the City of Luxembourg and the immediate surroundings of the capital of the Grand Duchy.

AGIGEST employs 25 people, all of whom will continue their activities within the OP Group. Paulo Madureira, CEO of AGIGEST, will continue to lead the company in the coming years.

Founded in 1875, the Office des Propriétaires (OP) dominates the Belgian private property management market (more than 5,500 properties) and is one of the top five players in Belgium in terms of real estate management (more than 11,000 units). They are also very active in the rental market.
They are located in Brussels, Ghent, and will be represented in Antwerp in November this year.

The result of OP and AGIGEST joining together will enable OP to raise its annual turnover to some 10 million euros (+1.8 million euros) and increase its number of employees to more than a hundred.
